Field Site Manager with international experience in on-site projects for industrial packaging machines and lines (food & beverage). In my current role, I also work as a Field Service Engineer, combining site leadership and technical expertise to take projects from installation through to full production stabilization.
I manage the entire on-site phase: installation and commissioning, start-up, ramp-up and handover to operations, ensuring safe execution (HSE), schedule adherence and a fast transition to stable production.
On site, I act as the operational link between the customer, plant stakeholders, machine builders, system suppliers and contractors/subcontractors, coordinating all on-site interfaces and keeping scope, time, cost, performance and HSE standards under control.
Key on-site activities:
- Planning and coordination of daily activities, priority management and work progress tracking
- Progress reporting and management of issues/deviations, with escalation to technical functions when needed
- Supervision of installation, commissioning and testing (SAT), through start-up and ramp-up
- On-site troubleshooting for faults/malfunctions and fine-tuning to achieve performance targets
- Support for new lines and upgrades of existing lines, including coaching and training for operations
- Technical reporting and progress documentation to support closure activities and handover
Education: MBA in Project Management | Postgraduate specialization in Leadership and Team Management | Degree in Business Management | Technical background in Electrical/Electronics
