Field Service Engineer and Site Manager, specialized in the on-site execution of industrial packaging projects within the food & beverage industry.
I lead the entire on-site phase of industrial projects, from installation and commissioning through start-up, ramp-up, and handover to operations, ensuring safe execution, on-time delivery, and a rapid transition to stable production.
With over 25 years of international experience, I act as the operational focal point between machine manufacturers, system suppliers, contractors, and plant stakeholders, aligning all on-site interfaces to keep scope, schedule, costs, performance, and HSE standards under control.
I support both new production lines and line upgrades, helping manufacturing operations reach target performance quickly, protect uptime, and minimize disruption to ongoing production.
During on-site execution, I operate in a dual role as Field Service Engineer and Site Manager, covering:
* Installation and commissioning
* Process verification and performance validation
* Start-up and ramp-up to stable operations
Education
* MBA in Project Management
* Postgraduate Specialization in Leadership and Team Management
* Business Management Degree
* Technical Background: Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Languages: Italian, English, Portuguese, Spanish
